Brodys Landing Exclusive

Hey, Brody’s Landing! I’m Chance Gibbons, your neighbor.

I’m launching Mount Olympus Grounds and Surfaces, and I wanted to start right here at home by helping people in our neighborhood.

This week, I’m opening 10 spots for a Fall Lawn Reset - that’s core aeration and overseeding, starting at $300. I’m planning to do the work Thursday and Friday, weather permitting. If your lawn needs a prep mow, I can handle that too, starting at $50 extra.

If you’re interested, fill out the quick form below. I’ll reach out personally, talk through what your yard needs, and confirm pricing and scheduling.

And if you’d like regular mowing, I’m also opening 10 spots on my Monday route this fall, starting at $50 per mow. You can select that on the form too.

Looking forward to meeting more of you!
