Rain should not leave you second-guessing a fresh exterior window cleaning. Qualifying DiamondClean window-cleaning service includes seven days of protection for rain spots on the exterior glass we cleaned.
What is covered
If rain affects qualifying exterior glass during the seven days after your window-cleaning appointment, contact DiamondClean. We will review the affected windows and arrange exterior-glass touchups for the covered areas.
The touchup applies to rain spots on qualifying exterior window glass that was part of the approved service. Your written quote identifies the windows and work included.
What is outside the rain guarantee
The 7-Day Rain Guarantee is for affected exterior glass. It does not create a full-property reclean or add interior glass, screens, tracks, sills, hard-water treatment, repairs, or other services that were not included in the quote.
Conditions unrelated to rain, including new dirt, construction dust, sprinkler residue, pest marks, damage, or permanent staining, need a separate review.
