How the Referral Works

  1. Share DiamondClean with someone who needs cleaning service.

  2. Ask the customer to name you as the referrer when they submit the quote request.

  3. DiamondClean reviews the property and provides a written quote.

  4. Work is scheduled after the customer approves the quote.

  5. DiamondClean completes the referred job and receives payment.

  6. The referrer receives $20 through Venmo.

A referral starts the quote process. It does not book an appointment or guarantee that every requested property or service can be accepted.

Make Sure We Can Match the Referral

The customer should enter the referrer's name in the Message field when requesting a quote. DiamondClean will use that name to match the completed, paid job with the person who made the referral.

After the job is complete and payment has been received, DiamondClean will arrange the $20 Venmo payment with the referrer. No payment information is needed from the customer when the quote is requested.
