Hi, I’m Chance Gibbons
owner of DiamondClean
DiamondClean is a locally owned Norwalk company built around a simple idea: care for every property as if our name were permanently attached to the result. I started this company to bring more reliability, clearer communication, and genuine attention to detail to professional cleaning across the Des Moines metro.
The DiamondClean Difference
We serve homeowners, businesses, property managers, builders, roofers, and contractors with residential window and exterior cleaning, interior house cleaning, recurring commercial care, and post-project cleanup. Every job starts with listening, setting clear expectations, and choosing the right process for the property.
Owner-led accountability
You know who stands behind the work. From the first conversation through the final walkthrough, we communicate clearly and take responsibility for the result.
Results backed by guarantees
Our DiamondClean Guarantee means we work to make things right. Qualifying window-cleaning services also include our 7-Day Rain Guarantee for added peace of mind.
