Diamond Complete Exterior
This package brings complete windows, gutter care, house soft washing, and agreed pressure-washing areas into one coordinated exterior scope. Your written quote lists every included surface and area before scheduling.
Complete window cleaning
Interior and exterior glass, screens, tracks, and sills are included for the windows named in the quote. Specialty glass, difficult access, and extra treatment remain quote-specific.
Complete gutter care
Agreed gutter interiors receive debris removal, quote-listed outside faces and undersides receive cosmetic Gutter Shine, and cleanup covers debris and residue from DiamondClean's work area.
House soft washing
Suitable exterior house surfaces named in the quote receive a lower-pressure cleaning approach chosen for the material, condition, and visible buildup.
Pressure washing for quoted hard surfaces
Suitable driveways, walks, porches, or patios are included only when the written quote names them. Surface type, condition, drainage, and access shape the proposed work.
What shapes the quote
Window count, styles, and access
Gutter length, height, debris, and condition
House materials and exterior areas requested
Hard-surface types, sizes, condition, and drainage
Buildup, landscaping, nearby surfaces, and exclusions
Repairs, restoration, specialty treatment, and unlisted surfaces are not automatic. The written quote is the source of truth, and requesting one does not book an appointment.
