Diamond Complete Home
This package pairs the Complete Exterior services with a property-specific deep interior house cleaning for an inside-and-out refresh. Every room, surface, task, and exterior area must appear in the written quote before scheduling.
Complete window cleaning
Interior and exterior glass, screens, tracks, and sills are included for the windows named in the quote. Specialty glass, difficult access, and extra treatment remain quote-specific.
Complete gutter care
Agreed gutter interiors receive debris removal, quote-listed outside faces and undersides receive cosmetic Gutter Shine, and cleanup covers debris and residue from DiamondClean's work area.
House soft washing
Suitable exterior house surfaces named in the quote receive a lower-pressure cleaning approach chosen for the material, condition, and visible buildup.
Pressure washing for quoted hard surfaces
Suitable driveways, walks, porches, or patios are included only when the written quote names them.
Deep interior house cleaning
This is a more detailed reset for quote-listed rooms with heavier buildup or areas not cleaned recently. The exact rooms and tasks depend on the home's size, condition, and the customer's priorities. Appliances, cabinet interiors, special products, unusual surfaces, and work requiring moving heavy furniture are not assumed. Tell DiamondClean about pets, access, clutter, delicate items, and other conditions before the quote is approved.
What shapes the quote
Window, gutter, siding, and hard-surface scope
Interior rooms and tasks requested
Property size, access, materials, condition, and buildup
Pets, clutter, furniture, delicate items, and product needs
Areas that require special caution or exclusion
This package is not unlimited and does not automatically include every service DiamondClean offers. Repairs, restoration, specialty treatment, and unlisted areas are excluded unless the approved quote says otherwise. Requesting a quote does not book an appointment.
